What is a la carte floral?
Born to meet the need for affordably priced floral arrangements without the hassle of the traditional floral design process. We cut the labor and the custom design process to maximize beauty and minimize cost. We specialize in beautiful arrangements with a quick and easy ordering process.
How is the process different from full service floral design?
We wanted to make it as easy as possible to have beautiful arrangements so we made it possible to build a wedding floral order online instantly. Choose your arrangements, fill out the form, and relax. Our team will reach out to you to confirm the details. That's it!
What area do you serve?
The Portland Metro area. If you need our delivery service outside of this area please contact us before booking. We will do our best to make it happen. Our travel fee starts at $200.
Do you have a minimum?
Yes. Our minimum is $900. For orders over $3,000 there will be an added labor fee of 15%.
I am looking for a full service florist and custom designs. Have I come to the right place?

Can we have a meeting?
When you book with us we will schedule a call for a 30-minute phone call to confirm your choices, clarify plans, and talk details. 1-2 months before your wedding we will reach out to confirm details and timeline for your event. If things come up in the meantime, feel free to reach out!
Can I use my own vessels for arrangements?
In short, no. Not all vessels are created equal and we want to make sure your arrangements are perfect. We have a variety of vessels to rent so there will always be an option that fits your wedding. If you REALLY want to use your own vessels, reach out to us to see if we can make a special accommodation.
Can my guests take home flowers at the end of the night?
All non perishable items are considered rentals and must be picked up by a Rachael Meader staff member via strike services or returned by the couple, planner, or family member within 3 days. This includes Vases, vessels, containers, candle holders, etc. If you would like to give your arrangements away at the end of the evening please let us know so we can choose the appropriate vessels.
Can I choose the flowers in my arrangements?
You place your trust in us because of our unwavering commitment to excellence. Simply put, entrust us to work our magic. We meticulously curate the finest materials for your occasion, sourcing from local flower cultivators renowned for their exquisite seasonal blooms. While we prioritize seasonal diversity in our arrangements, we cannot assure the availability of specific flower varieties. Rest assured, we will craft stunning arrangements that harmonize with your chosen color scheme and desired style.
Do you do floral arches and installations?
In order to keep our services budget-friendly, we don't offer arches or installations. If you are interested in arches and installations please fill out the contact form HERE.
Can you ship my arrangement?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship our arrangements. We do offer delivery services to bring your arrangements straight to your event with care.
Can you deliver the personal flowers to a house and the rest to the venue?
Yes! Please note this in your message to us.
Can we add more items to the order after booking?
Yes! You can add on additional arrangements up to 30 days before your event date. This gives us enough time to source additional products and vessels.
Can I order just one bouquet for my courthouse wedding?
We’ll try! Since we are not a flower shop, we don’t always have flowers on hand to create on the fly, but feel free to reach out and you may get lucky!
